Payment Methods & Postage
Transaction can be made via cash only if we agree on meeting up or you can transfer the amount to my POSB saving account via ATM or Internet Banking. For international buyers I do accept PayPal and also credit cards/debit cards.
Item under $50 USD will be sent via regular mail FREE for local. There will be additional fee of $2 USD for REGISTERED MAIL. Please email me whichever method you prefer to [email protected] :) Thank you.
FREE REGISTERED POSTAGE for local purchasing more than $50 USD. If you are using check out with PayPal, I will return the shipping charges back to your PayPal account.
All items are packed appropriately to minimize any damages that might occur to the items during the course of delivery.Oversea postage will be sent via REGISTERED MAIL no matter how much you have purchased in order to track and prevent any lost item.
Overseas shipping for the items are range from $5 USD - $8 USD.
If you are purchasing item(s) worth more than $100 USD. I strongly suggest you to pay additional for the insurance. For the insurance coverage, I will contact the post office to check that for you personally.
Returns Or Refunds
No returns or refunds, each piece is handcrafted to your order. Each piece of jewelry has detailed descriptions and pictures, if you need any more information on a piece before purchase, please just email me at [email protected]
All handmade items are given one month of assurance from the date of purchased. Materials are subjected to availability so in any case if you need repair do email me, I will see what I can do for you.
Not responsible of any lost item during mailing and for any damages caused during postage.
Care For Your Jewelry
All jewelry is to be kept in zip lock bags to prevent oxidation. Avoid direct contact with perfume, sweat, or any form of liquid that will cause damages to the jewelry.
